      Convenient location, pizza lunches, free coffee

      Cons

      Workload, lack of support and communication, top heavy management, no room for advancement, internal promotion is rare, high employee turnover, some of the lowest rates and salaries in the industry, profit before people.

      Great company..can't say anything bad about the operation.. All the office people are great to work with pay is fair and on time.. Always keep me moving..

      Pros

      Very simple job dispatch very helpful no problem getting money for lumpers and when i have to call always someone there to help have yet to hear anyone say that its not my job

      Cons

      This is Refrigerated transportation long waits to get loaded and unloaded some of this not seaboard but backhaul customers
