      Best managers, great, competent, friendly co-workers

      Cons

      not much, tip pools are a little annoying when you take on bigger sections than others but are mostly good because other servers will help you

      The values that the company holds, and passes on to their employees are great

      Cons

      Location is inside of a shopping mall, which has its downsides Tips are pooled which can be frustrating at times
