Pros

Working here looks great on a resume. Benefits package is great. Beautiful location to work in.

Cons

Discriminatory practices based on race, sex, and socio-economic standings run rampant within the organization. When anyone tries to be ethical and not follow these discriminatory practices they are quietly and quickly terminated and told not to contact anyone from the organization. You are told not to disclose how much they pay you. The company takes 5% of the food servers tip money. There is a complete lack of communication, training, and coaching after the orientation process. You are left to "figure it out or leave", but then reprimanded and punished for not managing "how they want you to". Standards and practices are changed almost daily without notice or communication to staff or lower levels of management. There are managers for everything, many levels of unnecessary management. Bosses are very fond of micromanagement, and do not foster empowerment to make decisions in lower levels of management. Then, once again, you get reprimanded for NOT making choices that you were instructed not to make. Shifts can last over 10 hours, Usually resulting in 45 to 60 hour work weeks. You are encouraged to ask employees to work off the clock or clock out early to keep labor cost low. The administration has no regards for family obligations or a healthy work-life balance. Bringing any of these issues up to management or human resources will result in the organization finding reason to terminate your employment. These reasons are largely fabricated and false.

Pros

Employees are nice and met some nice customers

Cons

Management loves to use retaliation and favoritism. Higher ups and HR do not care. Employees are under paid and over worked. They don't care what is going on at home even though they say they are huge on work life balance.
