Cons

1. CEO micromanages everyone to the point of reduced productivity and outcomes. 2. CEO is not the right person for the job. The company needs a real CEO that understands the business side. 3. Company is focused more on their open-source product rather than the sales side. 4. Difficult to work with other developers and management due to strong opinions and egos. 5. Engineers are required to write frequent blog articles that take away their development time..

No proven path for success in SDR role. Often dependent on which AE’s you’re working with. Outbound prospecting difficult in this industry. Company rarely promotes from within.
