Pros
1. You will work on challenging Data science related projects from a variety of domains. Finance, TechIndustry & Healthcare to name a few. 2. Your ideas matter! The CEO - Alok Aggarwal is very open to your suggestions while brainstorming. 3. Highly flexible. I mostly worked on the core ML Algorithms but on the side took some WebDev tasks. Certainly added to my skillset. You just have to ask for what you like. 4. You own the project you work on. That means you take design decisions. I learnt a lot from this process. 5. The brown bag sessions are great way to cool off and get to know what your teammates are working on, as well as adding to your technical depth. 6. Alok Aggarwal is an entrepreneur and seeks to imbibe these qualities in his employees. This was a key take away for me.
Cons
1. Sometimes deadlines can be a bit hectic. 2. Would be better if the team sizes are slightly larger.
