Pros

Work from home on Fridays, flex weeks during events & holidays, yearly raises.

Cons

This company can't seem to get it together. They have gone through CEO after CEO and now they have two CEO's that have no previous C-level experience and are clearly on the only goal of making trainers more money. It is not a true non-profit. Most recently, the new CEO's fired all of the leadership that allowed staff to feel comfortable and goal driven with the company. They fired the HR staff that allowed current staff to feel safe. They removed everyone's titles and created new development teams. Used to be great, would no longer recommend.

Pros

they appear to care but it’ fake

Cons

non agilitist creating standards, refuse to learn see it as not important, have a bad view on coaches and dont support them in the organization. Let people go during a tragedy vs support them. I saw this happen and I left as soon as possible. Sorry excuse for a company that wont even support the people they pretend to be there for! THEY DO NOT LIKE COACHES OR BELIEVE IN COACHING!
