Work from home and amazing surpervisor

Not a competitive salary for the role, poor upper management, terrible IT issues which leads to not being able to do my job to my maximum potential

Great people! Everyone is friendly, no gossiping or office drama that you might often see in offices. Company is efficient and accomplishes a lot with few. Possibility of telecommuting once in a while. Flexible schedules.

That efficiency extends to employees as well. You will be doing above and beyond of what your job duties might be. Telecommuting does not mean you will be working from home instead of coming in to work, it means you will be working from home after you put in your time at work. Flexible schedules mean that you can come at 7 AM or even 10 Am but you will be working more than 8 hours either way. When someone leaves there is a tendency to not hire a replacement for a year... or ever.
