Pros
All the people in the company are very helpful. The experience was amazing. During the start of the internship they taught us all the things to get started with very nicely. Any time we were stuck somewhere or made a mistake the seniors were always there to guide us. Rahul Sir, the Founder and CEO of the company is very sweet and very experienced, he has helped us not only about things related to our work at the company but at various other occasions which has been really helpful. He has thought us so many technical & non technical things which is beyond the scope of the internship but will help us a lot in our careers. I think Rahul Sir has spoiled me and I don't know if I will ever get a boss this sweet and helpful.
Cons
The only thing for me as an Intern was that the company worked on a time based model. We had to work for fixed number of hours at fixed timings. As a student it would have been more convenient if there was a freelancing model as I have lot of other things to manage along with the internship. But I do understand the company's point of view too about this so wouldn't say it is a con.
