      Pros

      I have only started a few months ago, but so far: * Great colleagues, interesting tech stack (esp. if you are into Haskell), tons of learning opportunities * Business is expanding and thriving * WLB, conference, meetups within the company

      Cons

      None that I can really think of! Maybe there should be more regular informal meetings to chat (previous remote companies I worked for organized weekly random video chats between random members of the company)

      Pros

      ++++ Fully remote employment. And no micromanaging managers! + Full company meetups twice a year, with smaller meetups in between. + Really good engineering team.

      Cons

      * Yearly pay increase is low. 1-2% in the last couple of years.

      Pros

      I’ve had a very positive experience working at Scrive. The environment is professional, well-structured, and focused on quality. Collaboration across teams works well, and there is a strong culture of trust, respect, and open communication.

      Cons

      As i'm still new in Scrive there are a couple of things i haven't explored yet.
