      You see alot of interesting things in the ER. Most doctors love to teach.

      Cons

      Initial training is insufficient and you are thrown into the ER with limited knowledge of what you're doing. Basic guidelines and rules of the company are impossible. Pay is way too low for the job you are performing. Turn over is very high.
