Pros
I'm a pre-med and will be starting medical school in less than a year. Right after I was done with MCAT, I was not interested in getting any other medical license and just wanted to earn as soon as possible. Being a scribe with ScribeAmerica was perfect. The training was paid and I could start as soon as my training and paperwork were completed. Soon after, I was also able to be Chief Scribe. I absolutely enjoy being able to learn medicine and with ScribeAmerica, I have liberty of working in various specialties. During my medical school interview, about 90% of candidates were currently scribes and out of that 90% scribes, almost all were working with ScribeAmerica in some parts of US.
Cons
The pay? but honestly, I don't have any other medical license so it's not a biggest complaint. The amount of information I learn daily is hard to beat.
