-Basically slave labor, long hours with minimal breaks for food or to go to the bathroom.
-Trainers treat you like you are subhuman. One of my trainers told me I could not go to the bathroom. They have unrealistic expectations and do not teach you anything. They do not give any feedback until after a 10 hour shift. This gives you no opportunity to correct your mistakes because you do not know what you are doing wrong. So how is this "training" exactly?
-A lot of scribes are blind sided and are fired with no warning. I think they over hire.
-Chief Scribes and management are horrendous and do not get to know you as people at all. There is very minimal face to face contact between the chief scribes and the trainers. So how exactly are they supposed to manage you and the trainees?
-High turnover rate for the reasons mentioned above.
-Overall horrible company to work for.
