Pros

Doctors were friendly at the outpatient center I worked out. Most of the outpatient staff was nice. Free food some days. You do get some medical experience before they stab you in the back.

Cons

I needed to contact HR to see if I got the job, after being interviewed 2 weeks prior. It is incredibly disorganized. I was told I would be transferred by my chief scribe but was actually fired. So I wasted 2 weeks of my life thinking I still had a job but I didn't. Training was disorganized and not in a classroom at all. No written rules of what is expected and what isn't. Sat there doing nothing for most training days. Not given enough freedom to do your own thing and find your own system. Little pay for what you are supposed to do.
