      Pros

      Training helps ease you in to the position. Ability to progress to a supervisor role with time/experience is a plus. Use of technology based scheduling apparatus is great.

      Cons

      Pay is really low. There should be a better integration of the information learned in classroom training to produce more effective charts.

      Pros

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      Pros

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
