Pros

Get a lot experience working in the healthcare field and learn about medicine, diagnosing, treating, etc.

Cons

Pay is minimum wage, you are working 12 hour shifts some over night, not really flexible if you are also a full time college student. If you're part time there are some weeks that you will work 4 times a week for 9-12 hour shifts, which is more than what a part time should be working.
