Pros
The company takes care of its people. It’s run by a small, tight-knit team of accomplished professionals who go out of their way to meet the needs of clients and crew members alike. The culture is incredibly supportive. They want you to succeed.
Cons
Day rates are exactly that, day rates. It’s great when jobs are wrapped up in a few hours, but if you want overtime for the longer days, you’ll have to negotiate an hourly wage (which means missing out when easy gigs come along.)
