Cons
The CEO maintains a fake culture of wanting to hear from employees. Yes, you can say what you want or use an "anonymous" reporting website that no one believes is anonymous. But don't be fooled for a minute that one single thing will be done with your comments or suggestions. I would not refer anyone here. It is not managed well and there is no sense from upper managers that they value any employees other than a select few. There is no appreciation for renewal business even though that should be considered the bread and butter and be VALUED as it takes a lot of good customer service and time. Reps are to fit in a mold and are not given the freedom to sell this product they way they feel is best for them even when they are successful. I am not saying they should not have to follow certain rules and protocol but their style and approach should be up to them. There is a ridiculous quota of 12 NEW face to face appointments a week that is 100% impossible to do. It would take weeks of calling and emailing to achieve half of that for one week alone and with reports due, CRM input, conference calls, drive time, paperwork, coordinating production etc it is totally unrealistic. Every rep I have asked said their reports are half fiction. If reps are producing leave them alone and let them do what they do. Enough already with the appointment quota and pressure. LEAVE THE ONES ALONE THAT ARE GETTING BUSINESS SO THEY CAN GET EVEN MORE BUSINESS!!!
