Pros
A really great team, that does great work, and some really caring leaders in the middle ranks. As a result it can be a good place to learn your craft at an entry level.
Cons
Senior team operates a bit like a cult. On a personal level this can be uncomfortable (if your face fits then great, if it doesn't then its pretty hostile). As a business it means the agency is stuck - new ideas will never be allowed, but without them they will never grow.
