      One or two older staff who where lovely

      Cons

      The click of bitter women and producers in there. They look down on you and dont like being called out on things. Bullying environment. Terrible pay. Expect you to train and interview interns but never leave the desk. Horrible tense environment.

      Pros

      Dress code is casual, central location, small amount of free parking. A highly skilled motivated hardworking finance team.

      Cons

      The MD hasn't a clue how to manage, lead or control. There is little or no scope for career development/ progression or personal growth. There is a lack of alignment across departments and the communication between various departments and senior management is shocking
