      Pros

      I have worked on and off in Screen Scene for many years and I have generally found them very good to deal with.

      Cons

      The work is very demanding on your time, and as seems to be standard in the film industry, few allowances are made for the personal lives of employees.

      Pros

      Dress code is casual, central location, small amount of free parking. A highly skilled motivated hardworking finance team.

      Cons

      The MD hasn't a clue how to manage, lead or control. There is little or no scope for career development/ progression or personal growth. There is a lack of alignment across departments and the communication between various departments and senior management is shocking
