Pros
- Fast growth, team has doubled since start of year -- pandemic has been good for our market. - Best team I've ever worked with, both technically and culturally. Can deeply trust everyone to own their domains and execute well. - A lot of low-hanging fruit to create a best in class product. Still a lot of room for ICs to impact the product direction and build foundational systems. - Everyone cares deeply for the mission and people around them.
Cons
- A lot of stuff to build with few resources since we're a vertically integrated product + startup. Constantly context switching and need to get used to moving very fast.
