      Working on big movies, with great people. Opportunity to be creative and add your input into the film. Meeting new people and businesses daily.

      Cons

      Long Hours, lots of travel. Stressful deadlines, hard to please everybody.

      None, barely encountered such a disorganised environment

      No meritocracy, no career plan for people, never a question bottom up but always top down decisions and never a question about how can we improve. Bonus below any average, salaries for McDonald's restaurant employees
