      Before covid the company cared about employees and was a good company to work for..... that was many years ago

      Cons

      Bad leadership/ Poor Communication/ Frequent layoff and firing/ Continue to cut benefits such as vacation, health insurance, etc.

      Weekly pay, 2 of the supervisors are sweet.

      Cons

      Everything else, not as friendly as you they put on, Not as diverse as you think it is. Mirco-bullying and racism but they won't admit it and will try to cover it up
