Pros
The money is good you get the salary pay they promise you and if you can sell the commission is not great but helps, and you work by yourself or with a partner
Cons
The hours are long start at 11:00 and finish when it get dark out which can be 6 pm or 9 pm and you work every weekend from 9am to 4pm or 6 pm if it rains you have to stay inside the building and make cold calls to past angry customer and are not allowed to leave untill 9pm. and when summer is over they just lay you off. Also if you do not meet the sales quote each week they will let you go
