Great market share of company branded products. The leading company in the Lawn & Garden industry. Well respected by partners in the retail trade. The seasonal nature of the industry always keeps the job fresh and challenging.
Cons
Senior management is always trying to re-invent the corporate structure every 3-4 years. This causes complete chaos throughout the organization, and an unbelievable waste of money. This company only promotes individuals based on "image" and not on performance.
