      sesonal but get unemployment durring winter, Also you out on the feild by your self, you decied how much commision you make.

      non smoking company, you work all over michigan area, but you drive in the company vehical to and from stops

      Weekly pay, 2 of the supervisors are sweet.

      Cons

      Everything else, not as friendly as you they put on, Not as diverse as you think it is. Mirco-bullying and racism but they won't admit it and will try to cover it up
