Pros

ability to talk directly with customers.ability to travel in the city your in and surroundings areas to accomplish whatever task the job requires.

Cons

if a problem comes up with a customer,it seems scotts really doesnt care about finding a solution.it seems that the only solution they care about is that they dont have to take responsibility.

Weekly pay, 2 of the supervisors are sweet.

Cons

Everything else, not as friendly as you they put on, Not as diverse as you think it is. Mirco-bullying and racism but they won't admit it and will try to cover it up
