It's a fraud company. Treat employee as there private slave.

Nothing as such good I believe

The organization suffers from significant leadership shortcomings and a lack of trust in its team. Their practice of hiring and firing employees arbitrarily creates a toxic work environment. They reportedly enforce a restrictive bond of ₹30 lakhs (status unknown if this has changed), which feels exploitative and fosters a sense of servitude rather than partnership. Employees face poor treatment, unreasonably high stress levels and mental harassment due to unrealistic deadlines. Moreover, allegations of unethical practices, such as moonlighting by senior personnel (Director's friend who is also a consultant reportedly employed full-time by Caterpillar), further undermine the company's integrity. Relocating to Nagpur for this job or signing any bond with the organization is strongly discouraged. The work culture does not prioritize employee well-being and individuals are often left to endure unnecessary turbulence. A positive workplace should foster trust, growth and respect, even during challenging times. This company, unfortunately, fails to provide such an environment.
