The employees are amazing. Job is really easy to learn and master.

Disorganized, policies continuously change. No job security.

- Fun people to work with - Clientele is generally nice

- Barely livable pay - No benefits even though CEO says they have benefits - Managers constantly shift roles and who does what around on a monthly basis (resulting in employees walking out) - Hire on young people but don't hold them accountable like the rest of the team - MAJOR favoritism
