Pros

Big office and dining area

Cons

- The salary package is average and no bonus or yearly growth. - Associates tend to be in closed circles and don't mingle with new employees. - IT is still underway and the laptops are outdated. - They tend to blame you to keep themselves on safer side and make you look bad in front of associates. - Never appreciate even though we work long hours and Saturdays at job sites. - The company is not going anywhere with the associates who are not inclusive and don't help you to grow. - Hard work is not paid off, favoritism among associates does not help you grow professionally. - The promotion process is not based on qualifications but based on recommendations. - There is a lot of talk at the back and inside jokes about employees among associates.

Benefits and culture gets better every year. You always know where you stand and what success looks like in your role. The people are kind and want to help you succussed. Leadership listens and implements good ideas

Cons

Team is spread out on projects that can make the company feel dispersed but leadership gives lots of opportunities to be together.

Pros

- Small company with regular 'swag' giveaways that are nice products - Folks are generally nice - Nice office and remote work options - Great regional presence throughout DC area - Small company yet diverse profile - get to work on lots of projects in various markets

Cons

- Pay is just ok and the benefits package is not at all competitive, considering the multitude of GCs in the region it makes it hard for them to stick out/make folks want to stick around - Bad holiday schedule (Good Friday off but not Presidents/MLK/Columbus day, sucks if you have kids in school...) - No Parental leave.. (it's 2021...seriously?) - Culture sucks, though CEO/leadership touts how great it is externally - Builds for a lot of less than socially conscious organizations/churches - Not a lot of potential for growth - Poor communication between departments - Incentive programs have too much fine print to be achievable - Field staff is underappreciated - Weirdly religious undertones while also building secure facilities.... just seems like cognitive dissonance in a branding sense.
