      Pros

      One of the most well managed businesses in existence. Top management goes well beyond the call of duty to make their employees feel welcome, valued, and loved. State of the art and cutting edge technology products like the Kirby vacuum. These guys are always light years ahead of the competition when it comes to R&D. Not focused on revenue at all. It's much more important to be family no matter what.

      Cons

      Unwillingness to fire people and change direction. Brass is way too loyal to everyone. Top management is too kind and sometimes employees take advantage of their generosity.

      Pros

      Where i work the place is great. Easy to work with people, supportive team, and little drama. Great work schedule, 4 days, 10 hour shifts. Sometimes overtime on Friday, but still have plenty time off.

      Cons

      Working HQ, can be stressful, but not terrible. Supply changes are a hassle, but it's true everywhere.
