Everyone is very nice and the work is very interesting.

The pay is relatively low and there aren't many opportunities for full time work.

The variety of duties you get to participate in are the best of any public library. The coworkers are awesome. A great team.

The Director publicly disciplines employees and expects absolute obedience 100% of the time without any feedback. Absolute obedience might be acceptable if she knew anything about the library, but since she never ventures out of her office (when she bothers to show up for work at all) to work any desk, she does not have the knowledge to be the sole decision maker.
