Pros
They pay you. Most people are nice The health insurance is pretty good Not a bad job if you manage your expectations properly for some people
Cons
Management is stuck in the last century and your "clique" matters. The good old boy comments are accurate. Management does not communicate via email, so if they change their mind then you get belittled. There is a lot of micromanagement It feels like all of the Vice Presidents hate each other and that hate flows down to their departments. Quality is not important, when products are launched is. This company no longer innovates.
