      Pros

      Colleagues were amazing and so lovely, the building itself was nice to work in and they did a fair share of staff meetings where you were kept in the loop of the overall process of the company.

      Cons

      The owner is more interested in making a profit than his staff. Was on minimum wage for a job I really shouldn’t have been.

      Average Pay, Quiet Shifts, Hardworking Minimum-Wage Workers

      Cons

      Management is brutal (i.e. micromanaging, disrespectful, guilt tripping, inconsiderate, talking bad about employees behind back). No real training. Staff (i.e. Housecleaners and KPs) worked to bone and not treated with respect. Do not recommend.
