      - Decent flexibility with Rotas - Great staff - Staff Discount

      Cons

      - Only 2 staff on at once which causes an unrealistic expectation of productivity - Deliveries are far too often and far too big for 1 person to work on their own, especially with regards to time frame.es for completion
