      Great work culture - everyone is friendly and supportive of one another. Interesting, novel research. Small team so the opportunity to learn a lot of new skills and grow with the company. Managers willing to listen to feedback and respond to feedback from staff.

      Small team can result in high work load, but never a boring day.
