I see a serious investment in employees, this applies to everything from working conditions and equipment to the bonuses that are available to us (lunch compensation, sport subscription, language learning, any courses you need, the best insurance on the island and so on and so on). The administrative team does incredible things to make everyone feel comfortable, they care a lot and offer all the help possible. Also the level of responsibility and involvement of each member of our big united team is impressive

No remote work available - this is the only odd position in the company that stands out, especially considering that the company excels in every other aspect, consistently exceeding any possible expectations
