Pros
The team at Score is unique, uplifting and motivational. Whatever your role is, you are a valuable contributor to the company, and your input is always considered and valuable. Management does an amazing job with its efforts to keep employees happy and motivated, and the workplace culture is amazing - the harder you work, the more you are rewarded. I've been here for almost 3 years and it feels like I just started yesterday - I consider the team family, and I'm grateful for the support that I've received here throughout everything. My success is attributed to the space and support that's been provided to me by management - and the opportunity to grow is unlimited.
Cons
Off the get go, I have to really think hard to think of a con, which speaks to the kind of company Score is. Regarding physical space/work area, we work in the same building as the sister company, Trillium, and because of the size of both companies, it may be useful to have our own kitchen/washroom/break area in the future.
