Amazing company with a very professional stuff and a great team work.

I dont have any Cons of the company.

ScopeMedia is a startup company, so there are many opportunities to learn new things and take on new roles. The hours are flexible. The technology is impressive. Most of the employees are nice and friendly.

The office culture needs improvement. Employees are discouraged from talking with one another (even when discussing work-related problems). Tasks and expectations are poorly defined. Salaries are below industry average at all positions with no bonuses or opportunities for increase. The turnover rate is high for such a small company. Employee ideas and suggestions are not valued by management. The lunch room is never clean. There isn't enough office space for the number of employees.
