The only thing about them is the salary package

They don't care about their employees. What they show on social about company's culture is fake. They reward employees who do little to none but the ones who actually put in the work their rewards are little to none. LOTS of politics. They will fire employees just so they can replace them with people they know. They put strict budgets on everything. You have to fight for approvals on acquiring stuff. HR department is just for show. They will work around the system to carry out executive wishes and they are there just to please the upper management. The fact that the Group HR posted a five start review here with "no cons" proves my point. No place for growth. They never listen to their employees. Outdated practices and technologies. Will make you work overtime with no compensation.
