Pros

Scopa has a really excellent training program. Although the management is relaxed And easy to work with, they maintain high standards, and work hard to facilitate a positive work environment. Additionally, working at Scopa, you can be confident that you will be serving quality food and beverages.

Cons

As a bartender at Scopa you don't have much to do other than pull wine from the shelf to set up on the on the bar for the wait staff. There isn't much room for creativity in terms of cocktails and mixology as they only offer a select few. Furthermore, the bar is not very large, seating approx. 10-12 bills. Finally, it seems that even in the On season, your FOH shifts are relatively 'hit and miss'-- it's more difficult to anticipate whether or not you will be busy as either wait staff or bartender than it is normally for other establishments.
