There is an overall positive company culture and our team is very close considering we are all distributed. The leadership team listens and actively works to make the employee experience better and better. As a remote company, working locations and schedules are entirely flexible which really helps in maintaining a good work/life balance. Unlimited PTO is another pro!

Be prepared to be resourceful. Preciate is a fast-paced work environment and because it is remote there is not a hold of hand-holding, even with new hires.
