Cons

Where to start! If you dont love your mental peace and dont need work life balance and love being micro managed, this is the best place for you. Love being stressed 24*7? Welcome to scoop. No matter whether you are sale or service broker YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE SALES. And no matter how many you do its never enough. Even if your clients love you for your service but if you dont meet sales target youre doomed. Base pay is way too less as compared with other brokerages but yes the commission is uncapped but for that you might as well have to work unpaid overtime and weekends. ITS A PROPER CALL CENTER and you dont get sufficient time in between calls to close tasks properly let alone mental fatigue. Taking leaves is the hardest part even if you are sick youre expected to show up. More people leave every year than those who join and the upper management knows about it but do nothing as theyre aware that the culture is extremely toxic. Managers are manipulative and they gaslight to any extent. If you try to discuss your issues with managers they say..umm..but commissions are good. BUT AT WHAT COST?
