      Pros

      - No measurable work - Good Salary for some period - Less projects

      Cons

      - you can be allocated and asked to work on anything - If they don't find project / having sufficient old resource then will ask to resign (if you don't then they will say we will terminate ) - People higher up in the hierarchy are not knowledgeable - No knowledge sharing - Lot of disadvantage - If they get project then you might need to complete that in 2-3 weeks (haha)

      Interesting project work with big name customers

      Cons

      Forced to travel for weeks at a time including weekends. Eventually they tried to force me to relocate but would not adjust salary to the location or help with the move. Worked onsite with great resources from India. When submitting expenses I found out management was not reimbursing my Indian colleagues tips = dispicable. High turnover due to the high pressure relocation stance that they will spring on you. Calls with India and Singapore at ungodly hours. Seem to only care about the bottom line and not their resources

      Hi- Thanks for your comments, not sure from where you obtained the information that we do not reimburse expenses. this is absolutely not correct and i can vouch that all employees have been paid on their approved expenses submitted. this is kind of throwing slur on us and i would appreciate if you can talk with your ex-manager directly to confirm who was not paid. We have projects globally and so there could have been time issues. Appreciate your comments and we shall work on resolving them. Thanks.
