      Pros

      You'll get to learn a lot.

      Cons

      - Unable to create your own documentation as a "Technician". - Unable to quickly assist clients with security issues. - 2 Month resignation request, otherwise they'll Garnish 2 months of your pay. Even from days you worked! Definitely a D.O.L case! - Communication is atrocious between higher ups and middle management, all the way down to lower levels. - No careers advancement opportunities.

      Pros

      Great company with lots of freedom and ability to learn about the different fields in IT. Family oriented and very understanding with days off/emergencies.

      There are some good employees here to learn from.

      Cons

      The owner of the company is an absolutely horrible person. He is a flat out narcissist. He lies to his employees and his clients about everything. Literally don't believe a single thing that ever comes out of this guy's mouth. He never keeps any promise he makes. He does only what is in the best interest of himself time and time again.
