      Pros

      Management is will to be there at the hardest times. you gain a lot of experience working with ScoNet, as entry level, even if you have previous experience willing to educate you, pay for your certifications, and hand the bonus and raise upon completion i have gained a lot of public relation and learned a lot from mistakes or from success ScoNet also organizes quarterly gathering for all the employees, which ive rarely seen in other companies

      Pros

      Great company with lots of freedom and ability to learn about the different fields in IT. Family oriented and very understanding with days off/emergencies.

      There are some good employees here to learn from.

      Cons

      The owner of the company is an absolutely horrible person. He is a flat out narcissist. He lies to his employees and his clients about everything. Literally don't believe a single thing that ever comes out of this guy's mouth. He never keeps any promise he makes. He does only what is in the best interest of himself time and time again.
