- Poor company culture - Low wages - Negative work environment - No staff meals - High levels of disorganization - Lack of communication at every level - High turnover - Harsh work conditions - Poor work/life balance During my time spent at this company, I only saw things get worse and worse. Not an enjoyable work experience at every single level. Senior management lacks a cohesive vision and is poorly coordinated. Communication at every level of the company is misguided and disengaged as well. Walking inside a workplace where everyone is miserable also added to the pressure of working in such a hostile environment. I left the company a few months ago and I'm just writing this review to make sure any person who is considering working at Sciue to weigh their options carefully and to bring attention to the general problems that the company is facing on the inside.
