This was surprising and disappointing, especially given my positive performance reviews and dedication. 2. Communication around my termination was abrupt and unclear, which added to the emotional difficulty of the situation. 3. In my experience, the current finance management team struggled with transparency and consistent communication. 4. My manager, who had previously provided positive feedback, declined to provide a referral after my departure, which was hurtful and discouraging.
