      Pros

      Staff are mostly genuinely passionate about STEM and engagement. Scitech makes every dollar go a long way. Following a tumultuous few years of change, things appear to be settling

      Cons

      Due to high turnover, a lot of IP has left, and current staff are TIRED of spanning a few jobs, training new staff and doing their day job.

      Pros

      Great culture, supportive and passionate people and leadership team, good benefits and flexibility.

      Cons

      Salary is NFP level. Being a smaller company, career opportunities are promoted but only so many can come up
