The driving force is inefficient, hence the juniors can't grow.

perfect place if you want to do charity service to the employers. Contact any ex employee, you'll know the real story. Their revenue is not enough for even to make partial salary payment. They got away without paying salaries of most of the previous employees. They may or may not have a future, but surely no employee has benefited from this firm.
